We select land for development, resale or long-term holding. Selection budgets start at $500,000. The supplied materials include a separate Turkish plot example with an asking price of $5,000,000: a different investment scale, not the minimum entry budget.
Strategy before the plot
The holding period matters particularly for land: there may be no rental income, and project preparation takes time. We discuss development, area improvement or resale. Beyond the purchase, we allow a reserve for due diligence, acquisition, infrastructure and maintenance.
Location and infrastructure
Views, nature and a promising neighbourhood create interest, but they do not replace checks. We assess road access, utilities, neighbouring sites and connections to urban centres. We distinguish existing infrastructure from planned infrastructure and establish which costs could fall to the owner.
Documents and permitted use
Before a transaction, specialists in the relevant jurisdiction need to check title, boundaries, encumbrances, land use and building possibilities. Access, restrictions and approvals should be clarified before making an investment decision. We help organise questions and communication for the chosen destination.
Economics without an assumed yield
Land value can depend on infrastructure connections, neighbourhood changes, permissions and demand at the time of sale. None of these events is guaranteed. Our calculation sets out expenses, the holding period and several resale scenarios, including one in which a sale takes longer than expected.
Example from the new materials
The TKGM cadastral-service screenshots show a Turkish plot labelled 2514/58. The partner reports an asking price of $5,000,000 for this example. The images do not verify its area, precise location, title, restrictions or permitted use; these require checks before a transaction. The screenshots provide an initial introduction to the supplied material.
Selections from $500,000
The entry budget concerns the land selection as a whole. Tell us the country and investment horizon you are considering, whether you want development potential and what post-acquisition spending you can allow. Current plots, documents and economics are assessed individually.
