The materials cover a range of entry budgets, from NEXT AMANI apartments to Bali villas. Starting prices on the country pages are references from the supplied presentations, with notes on their dates and currency. We confirm availability and total investment for your budget.
Can I combine investment and personal use?+
Yes, this can be explored. Personal-use periods, management terms and costs should be agreed in advance. In resort property, your high-season holiday can affect rental income.
What does the calculator show?+
An illustrative model based on your inputs: price, rent, occupancy and expenses. It does not use a project’s promised yield or predict the future market. A specific property needs its own calculation.
Does the website show every available property?+
