In Turkey, we select investment property through Sky Prime: its developments and offers available through its team. Entry budgets start at $110,000, with interest-free instalments potentially available on selected properties.
The new materials feature Düşler Vadisi Riva villas in Beykoz. This is a separate segment with pricing on request, not a project offered at the destination’s minimum budget. We compare it with other offers against your goal, holding period and exit prospects.
We arrange project selection and communication through Sky Prime. We do not claim direct Safe Place contracts with every developer: participants, roles, fees and responsibilities are established for each transaction.
Local specialists review title, permitted use, encumbrances, construction status and handover terms. We separately assess permitted rental structures, management costs and taxes.
Instalments change the timing of investment but do not remove the need to check total costs. We compare cash flow, currency exposure and resale scenarios. Land assets have their own selection process.
