What we process and why
- When you open a page, the server processes your IP address, request time, requested URL, referring page, browser information and response status. This delivers the website, protects it and helps diagnose faults. Where GDPR applies, the basis is the legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)).
- If you contact us, we receive the name, contact details, enquiry and correspondence you provide. We use them to reply and discuss property selection: steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), or a legitimate interest in responding to other enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
- There is no enquiry form, buyer account, payment form or automated decision-making on this site. The calculator runs in your browser; its inputs are not sent to the server or included in analytics.
Enquiries and partners
Providing enquiry data is voluntary. Without a return contact, we cannot reply. Do not send passport details, bank information or health data through the site. The website does not automatically forward enquiries to partners; recipients and necessary information are agreed with you separately during a personal selection.
Necessary cookies
These support functions you request and are not used for advertising. You can delete them in your browser; you will need to make your cookie choice again and the administrator session will end.

Google Analytics 4
Google Analytics 4 loads only after you select “Allow analytics”. Before consent and after refusal, no Google tag loads, including for cookieless requests. Processing is based on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, where applicable).
After consent, Google receives page views, browser and device information, cookie identifiers and session data. An IP address is used for the network connection. Google states that EU, Swiss and UK visitor IP addresses are discarded before data is logged; in other regions they are used for basic service functions and discarded after use. We do not supply names, email addresses, phone numbers or calculator inputs. Query parameters and fragments are removed from page and referrer URLs. Advertising consent is not granted; Google Signals and ad personalisation are disabled in the integration.
The _ga and _ga_* cookies distinguish visits and maintain session state. Our integration sets a maximum of 180 days without automatically renewing expiry on every visit. User and event retention is set to 2 months in Google, with reset on new activity disabled. Retention setting changes take effect within 24 hours; aggregated reports can be kept longer. Google receives the data, including processing outside the EEA. See Google’s privacy policy and GA4 cookie documentation.
Yandex Metrica
No Yandex Metrica tag is currently activated: visit data is not sent to that service. If Metrica is connected, we will request separate consent before it loads. An earlier “Understood” choice is not consent to analytics.
How to change your choice
Open “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page. You can allow analytics or choose necessary cookies only. Withdrawing consent stops collection, clears analytics cookies and storage accessible to this site, and reloads the page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing or automatically erase data already collected by the service; contact us about deletion.
Recipients, storage and transfers
The site runs on a Network Solutions VPS in Ashburn, United States. The hosting provider processes technical requests. The web server log rotates at 10 MiB. The active log and up to five archives are retained; archives older than 7 days are removed on rotation. Administration access is restricted to authorised people.
Correspondence remains in the email service or messenger you choose while your enquiry is handled; further retention depends on a contract and applicable legal requirements. You can request deletion of correspondence no longer needed. Website content and upload backups are retained for 14 days and do not include visitor access logs.
When you choose to open Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or YouTube, that service’s rules apply. Page videos and fonts are hosted on our server: embedded social-platform players do not load. We do not sell personal data.
US hosting and, if analytics is enabled, Google or Yandex infrastructure may involve processing outside the EEA. International-transfer requirements and necessary contractual safeguards depend on applicable law and the controller’s location; cookie consent alone does not replace those safeguards.
Your rights
Where GDPR applies, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability where provided by law, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Email safe.place.re@gmail.com with your request; we may ask for information to verify your identity safely and respond within the statutory period (normally one month). You may complain to the data protection authority in the country of your habitual residence, work or the alleged infringement.
Policy changes
We update this page when processing changes. A new tag or a material analytics change requires a fresh consent request. The current version’s date is shown above.
